New Delhi, Nov 19 (IANS) Actor Akshay Kumar got emotional after receiving a family sketch featuring him and his parents from his fans from West Bengal.

"I got a lot of gifts this Diwali, but none of them is as precious as this one, a brilliant sketch of me along with my parents sent by my beloved Akshay Kumar West Bengal Fans. I can't thank you'll enough," Akshay wrote on his Facebook page.

Akshay was born in Amritsar, Punjab, to Aruna and Hari Om Bhatia. He was raised in Chandni Chowk in New Delhi.

Bipasha gets over a million Twitter followers

Actress Bipasha Basu is over the moon after crossing one million followers on microblogging site Twitter.

"Thank you all, for all your love, 1 million followers, Feeling loved and blessed!" Bipasha tweeted.

With 1,000,516 followers, Bipasha has joined the league of Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Hrithik Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan, who enjoy more than a million followers on Twitter.

Arjun gifts iPods to fans

Two of Arjun Rampal's die−hard female fans were in for a surprise when they got an iPod as a gift from their favourite star.

Arshia and Shwetha got a chance to meet Arjun on UTV Stars' "Live My Life 2". Both the girls had to battle it out on the show to grab the opportunity to meet their favourite actor.

He sat down with the two of them and had a heart−to−heart chat with them.
