New Delhi, Dec 6 (IANS) Four youth were arrested Thursday for gang-raping a Rwandan national here earlier this week, police said.
The four, identified as Deepak, Ashok, Vikas and Pravin, were arrested from Timarpur area of north Delhi where the 24-year-old victim was raped Monday, a senior police officer said.
