New Delhi, Dec 10 (IANS) It was a pleasant Monday in Delhi with the maximum temperature being recorded four notches above average at 27.7 degrees. The met department has forecast light rain and fog on Tuesday morning.

While the minimum temperature Monday settled one notch above average at 9.4 degrees, the humidity wavered between a high and low of 90 and 40 percent.

"The sky will be cloudy and rain is expected in the morning. There will be fog too," said an official of Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).

The maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 27 and 11 degrees respectively.
