Dehradun, March 6 (IANS) Uttarakhand Chief Minister B.C. Khanduri of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Tuesday lost from the Kotdwar assembly constituency.
Khanduri was defeated by his nearest rival S.S. Negi of the Congress by 4,623 votes.
